How does the 14-day trial work?
Upload your financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, etc.) and we build your dashboard within 48 hours. You get full access to SynKlarity for 14 days — no credit card required, no API connections needed. If you love it, pick a plan. If not, no hard feelings.
Do you need access to my accounting software?
Not to start. Your trial runs entirely on uploaded reports. When you're ready, connecting QuickBooks Online or your CRM gives you real-time data — but it's always your choice, and we never modify your books.
What's included in the CFO review?
A quarterly review with an experienced CFO who walks through your SynKlarity dashboard with you — flagging risks, identifying opportunities, and answering strategic questions. Growth tier and above includes monthly reviews. Additional sessions available at $198/hr.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. Additional users are $48/mo each beyond your plan's included seats.

Is there a long-term contract?
No. After your 14-day trial, billing is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
How is pricing determined?
By your annual revenue. As your business grows, you can move to the tier that fits. We want our pricing to feel right at every stage.
How is SynKlarity different from my accounting software?
SynKlarity doesn’t replace QuickBooks, Sage, or whatever you already use — it sits on top. Your accounting software records transactions. SynKlarity reads those transactions and translates them into decisions: which jobs are leaking margin, where cash is headed, what’s aging past 90 days, and what needs your attention right now. Think of it as the difference between having a filing cabinet full of receipts and having a CFO who reads them every morning and tells you what matters.
What accounting systems do you integrate with?
We currently integrate with QuickBooks Online (QBO) with a simple two-click OAuth connection — read-only, we never modify your books. We also support manual file uploads for any system: export your P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, or AR/AP Aging from Sage, Foundation, Viewpoint, Xero, or even spreadsheets, and we’ll build your dashboard from those. Additional native integrations (Sage Intacct, Xero) are on our roadmap. For field service and CRM, we integrate with ServiceTitan with more platforms coming soon.
What does SynKlarity AI Chat do?
SynKlarity’s AI chat is your financial analyst on call 24/7. Type a plain-English question — “What’s my gross margin by department?” or “Which jobs lost money last quarter?” or “How’s my cash runway looking?” — and get an instant, cited answer drawn from your actual financial data. It’s not generic AI guessing. Every number is traced back to a specific report, period, and line item from your books.
How quickly can I get started?
Most businesses are live within 48 hours. During your 14-day trial, you upload whatever financial reports you’re comfortable sharing — P&L, Balance Sheet, anything you have. Our team builds your dashboard from those files, and you’re up and running. No software to install, no IT involvement, no disruption to your existing workflow. When you’re ready for real-time data, connecting QuickBooks takes about 2 minutes.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Our infrastructure runs on SOC 2 Type II certified platforms (Vercel, Neon, Anthropic). We use read-only API connections — we can see your financial data but can never modify your books. You control what you share, and you can disconnect or delete your data at any time. We don’t sell, share, or use your data for anything other than powering your SynKlarity dashboard.
Can SynKlarity replace my bookkeeper or accountant?
No — and it’s not designed to. Your bookkeeper handles transaction recording, reconciliation, and compliance. SynKlarity handles the layer above that: turning those transactions into signals, trends, and decisions. Most of our clients find that SynKlarity actually makes their bookkeeper’s work more visible and more valued, because now the business owner can see what good financial hygiene looks like in real-time.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
If you love it, pick the tier that matches your revenue and you’re billed monthly. If it’s not for you, no hard feelings — your data is deleted and there’s nothing to cancel.
